Catnip, a member of the mint family, has many medicinal benefits and is an excellent herb for babies and children.
BENEFITS & USES:
- helps ease panic attacks
- supports nervous digestion
- eases stomach cramps, gas pains, nausea and colic
- calms menstrual pains
- helps ease colic and teething in infants
- supports hot fevers by venting the skin so it can cool
Dosage:
Adults: 1-2 squeezes (30-60 drops)
Children 10-12 years: 15-30 drops
Children 5-9 years: 7-12 drops
Children 2-4 years: 5-6 drops
Toddlers 1-2 years: 3-4 drops
Babies: 1-2 drops
Take as needed.
For panic attacks in the moment, take directly under the tongue and hold for as long as you can while breathing deep.

Place drops directly under the tongue, or add to a small amount of water. To eliminate alcohol, add drops to hot water, allow to cool & sip.
