Elderberries are one of the best known antivirals and are well known for their immune stimulating properties, and the ability to shorted the duration of colds and flu.
Dosage:
Adults: 2 squeezes (60 drops)
Children 10-12 years: 1 squeeze (30 drops)
Children 5-9 years: 15-24 drops
Children 2-4 years: 10-14 drops
Toddlers 1-2 years: 7-8 drops
9-12 months: 5 drops
6-9 months: 4 drops
3-6 months: 3 drops
Take 2-3 times daily or as needed
Ingredients: Sambucas nigra, vodka
Safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
